The letters on the chest must be a minimum of .20 inches in
height and words of more than 4 inches must follow in the next
line. These are the
fundamentals of mono programming. And if the font size were
small it would be more legible when done using block letters
rather than the small lettering.
Basics on size and space:
Embroidering a detailed logo on to your shirt where there is
less space would be nearly impossible and care should be taken
so as not to commit this blunder as the design would seem too
cramped up and unrecognizable.
Small embroideries:
Usually the embroideries which are of small size ought to be
made on either of the chests and the size must not exceed
4 inches in width to avoid being hidden by our biceps or the
armpit areas. Also the height should be not more than 3.5 inches the width.
Bigger ones on the back and front:
If this kind of embroidery must be done , attention should be
paid to the size of the design again. It should not exceed the boundaries of a 10,5 inch square to allow full visibility.
On the sleeve:
3.5 inches is the magic number for an embroidery on the short
sleeve though the height may vary.
